SHIPPING
Blk-Leather.com charges a flat rate shipping.  All orders are shipped by UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS.  Blk-Leather.com reserves the right to choose the carrier. If special delivery assistance is needed, please contact us, so we can accommodate your needs. Orders are processed within 36 hours. Tracking Numbers will be emailed to our customers just as soon as your order ships. Standard Ground Delivery will be delivered in 3 to 15 business days from the requested shipment date. This is dependent upon many factors such as the area it is being delivered to and the overall shipping traffic. If faster delivery service is required additional charges may apply.     

* We Do Not Accept Orders From    Alaska and Hawaii due to excessive shipping costs.

* International Deliveries    are not currently available.

* Additional Instruction    Please ensure that the information you entered is accurate and complete. This will help to avoid any delays or problems with your order. Please print or save a copy of your complete order for your own records. All addresses should include a complete street address and zip code. No orders are accepted for P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Sorry for this inconvenience.    
 

RETURN POLICY

Implied Warranty:
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, workmanship or materials, return in unused condition in original carton with original attached tags within 10 days for replacement or exchange for other merchandise. Warranty does not cover shipping and handling. Returns can take up to three weeks to process. Contact Sales@Blk-Leather.com to receive a Return Merchandise  Authorization Number (RMA) and packing instructions. All Returns require Pre-approval and a RMA Number in order to be returned.

Items Returned to Stock will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All orders must have pre-paid return shipping. All orders returned as a result of being Non-Deliverable will be assessed a standard $15 return shipping and handling fee.  All returned to stock items will also be assessed the true cost of original shipping fee.  Once these fees are assessed a refund will be issued.

*COWHIDE: Hide from a mature female bovine, thick, very grainy, but durable.

*LAMBSKIN: Skin from a lamb or young sheep. One of the softest leathers and therefore more expensive. Smooth, lightweight, and uniform, tight grain.

*NAKED LEATHER: Little or no finish applied to alter the surface of the leather, usually reserved for the finest qualities.
